This is a rattlingly good read despite tackling some difficult subjects. I could not put it down and stayed up until 2am to find out how it ended. I think I read it in about three days. The quality of the research is excellent. The story is powerful and the plot really draws you in. At times I was holding my breath as I read. I won’t spoil it for you by discussing the plot, but if you enjoy well-crafted stories which deal with real-life issues facing society today, then this book is for you. This is the second book I have read by Alan Reynolds but it won’t be the last.
